Mid- to long-term function and implant survival of ACL reconstruction and medial Oxford UKR

The purpose of this study was to describe mid- to long-term outcomes of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with simultaneous or staged medial unicompartmental knee replacement (UKR), and compare outcomes between (1) young patients aged younger than 55 at surgery and those older, (2) those with long-term follow-up greater than 10  years, (3) cemented and cementless UKR, and (4) compare outcomes to those with an intact ACL.
