CONCLUSION: All 3 outcome measures demonstrated good responsiveness. MICs were derived for each instrument. The PGQ at 8 weeks post-randomisation was identified as an appropriate outcome measure for pregnancy-related LBP/PGP since it is specific to these pain presentations and assesses both activity limitations and symptoms. CONCLUSION: Spinal stiffness increased in all participants; however, participants without LBP demonstrated a muscle synergy pattern where each synergy was associated with a distinct function of the prone instability test. This study only included people who were willing to receive chiropractic care. Even within the two groups, the care varied — that is, not everyone in the usual care group received the same treatment, and this can also be said for the chiropractic group. This article reviews the evidence regarding the clinical detection and diagnosis of SIJ movement dysfunction. In particular, it questions the continued use of assessing movement dysfunction despite mounting evidence undermining the biological plausibility and subsequent treatment paradigms based on such diagnoses. Clinicians are encouraged to align their assessment methods and explanatory models to contemporary science to reduce the risk of their diagnoses and choice of intervention negatively affecting clinical outcomes. CONCLUSION: The evidence of VR effectiveness is promising in chronic neck pain and shoulder impingement syndrome. VR and exercises have similar effects in rheumatoid arthritis, knee arthritis, ankle instability, and post-anterior cruciate reconstruction. CONCLUSIONS: LBP affected walking, sleeping, standing, and lifting in this small sample of people with mild to moderate PD. Discussion: The current case series describes the use of a targeted exercise approach consisting mostly of hip abductor strengthening in a group of patients with CLBP and hip abductor weakness. The results indicated that this approach may be effective in reducing pain and improving function, particularly for older patients.
