Thread Starter Medicine Summer School Follow 1 hour ago 1 hour ago Those interested in studying Medicine may be interested to hear about our First Choice Medicine Summer School. This is a two-day event that will equip you with the information and skills needed to help you apply for our Medicine MBChB (Hons) course. The Summer School will take place at the University of Sunderland on Wednesday 3 – Thursday 4 July 2019 and there are 80 places available for year 12 students. We will also consider applications from year 13 students who are holding the correct A Levels and haven’t applied to start University in 2019 (ie are planning to take a gap year). We are passionate about ensuring fair access for all students, regardless of background and we are particularly interested in attracting students from groups which are currently underrepresented in higher education.
