Portland-based drug and alcohol treatment center to get new leader

A Portland-based medication-assisted drug and alcohol treatment provider is getting a new executive director who's very familiar with the agency. Alison Noice, who has served as deputy director since 2014, will take the reins of CODA Inc. on May 1. She replaces Tim Hartnett, who is retiring. Noice has led CODA’s clinical operations and helped modernize the nonprofit’s treatment centers.
