Jefferson (Sidney Kimmel) vs Tulane

I got accepted to these 2 schools and the COA is roughly the same. I was wondering about which school would give a better education and ultimately want to end up in CA for residency, but both are out of state. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! (Posting for a friend)
