RUS: Broadband Pilot (ReConnect) Program

Notice from the Rural Utilities Service regarding changes made to the ReConnect Program as a result of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2019. The ReConnect program provides grants and loans to facilitate broadband development in rural areas. Changes include updates to the service area eligibility, data used in the broadband service mapping, and the definition of a broadband loan. The amendments go into effect April 12, 2019.
