Recommendation letters from Observership

Hi fellas - I've been searching the forums for an answer to this without success so don't burn on me on first attempt please. One of the dentists that I shadowed for a while asked me to draft a recommendation letter she could review. I've looked at some official sample letters posted on university websites as well as read the expected elaborate details that make for a strong letter.
