In vitro cytotoxicity of different thermoplastic materials for clear aligners.

CONCLUSIONS:: Under the experimental conditions of this study, all the materials for clear aligners presented a slight cytotoxicity. Biolon was the most cytotoxic and the thermoforming process increased the cytotoxicity of the materials.
