More than HALF under-fours didn't see a dentist last year and could be left with 'lifelong problems'

Guidelines advise taking a child to the dentist from the first signs of teeth, and once yearly afterwards. In England, 41 per cent of under-17s did not attend an NHS dentist appointment in 2018.
