E-cigarettes are nearly TWICE as effective as nicotine gum, patches or sprays

A study by Queen Mary University of London found that of 900 smokers, 18 per cent stopped smoking a year after taking up vaping compared to only 10 per cent who tried gum, patches or sprays.
