Trudności diagnostyczne w rozpoznaniu ziarniniakowatości z zapaleniem naczyń u 8-letniej dziewczynki

These atypical manifestations cause diagnostic difficulties and contribute to late diagnosis. In this paper we present GP in a girl, in which uncharacteristic clinical picture delayed the final diagnosis by a few months. Despite the late instauration of appropriate treatment, the patient's vital organs were not affected by the disease. The aim of this paper is to draw attention to the fact that this adult-onset disease should usually be taken into consideration in the differential diagnosis in children.
