UnitedHealth Group Inc.'s Optum unit is trying to block a former executive from starting a new job with a health joint venture launched by Amazon.com Inc. (Nasdaq: AMZN), Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK.B) and JP. Morgan Chase& Co. (NYSE: JPM), claiming the executive took trade secrets with him when he left.
