All of us practicing post-acute and long-term care medicine are confronted with a lot of information and data. But it is up to us, using everything we know, see, and feel, to make decisions about patient care. Our job is to think both broadly and specifically about what is needed for the optimal well-being of the person whose care is entrusted to us.
