WSJ: Georgia politicians intervened on behalf of now-troubled MiMedx

Troubled Atlanta biomedical  company MiMedx Group Inc. reached out for help from politicians when it ran into problems, including two from Georgia, the Wall Street Journal reports. Both U.S. Sen. Johnny Isakson and former Georgia Congressman Tom Price intervened on behalf of the Marietta-based company, Isakson as chairman of the Senate Committee on Veterans Affairs and Price as congressman representing Marietta who was briefly President Trump’s secretary of Health and Human Services, the WSJ reported.  MiMedx,…
