Restorative treatment of crown fracture in lateral incisors with a direct composite resin stratification technique

The classification of these traumas are classified like enamel fracture, enamel/dentin or enamel/dentin/pulp. Thus, a coronal fracture involving non-complicated enamel and dentin might receive different types of treatment, such as reattachment of fragments or restoration with composite materials. The aim of this article was to describe an approach for enhance the aesthetic appearance of fractured maxillary lateral incisor through the direct layering of composite resin.
