Cigarette use hits all-time low plummeting 30% in 10 years - but vaping is on the rise, CDC warns 

In 2017, 14 percent of Americans smoked cigarettes, marking an all-time low, new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention data reveal. But one in five adults still use e-cigs or tobacco products.
