November consultation #6

In this case, there are several open questions that make the assessment difficult. For one, the glaucoma operation method is unknown. Moreover, there is no gonioscopy stated. In such eyes, the chamber angle is frequently compromised with synechiae causing angle closure. There is a breakdown of the blood –aqueous barrier (BAB) because of numerous surgical procedures, not necessarily chronic uveitis. In addition, the IOL type (silicone?) is unknown. Notably, in the older silicone IOLs, cell deposits are not rare.
