Objective: MRKH syndrome has absent or underdeveloped uterus and vagina. It affects 1 in every 5000 females. The medical world has been trying to find answers to the creation of the neo-vagina for a long time. The existing surgical techniques have 3 common hurdles: 1. Blind or compromised creation of neo vagina risking the bladder and rectum; 2. Find the ideal tissue to line the vagina; 3. Preventing the post surgical contracture of the neo-vagina.
