ConclusionsA 7-week protocol of Alt-RAMEC with double-hinged expander for maxillary protraction might reduce the buccal alveolar bone thickness of the expander ’s anchor teeth, although the reduction is within the scope of initial alveolar thickness of the expander’s anchor teeth.
