The role of drug-induced sleep endoscopy: predicting and guiding upper airway surgery for adult OSA patients.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results suggest that DISE may help predict the final outcome of tonsillectomy, UPPP, or a combination of the two in adult patients with OSA.
