Spontaneous Giant Laryngeal Granuloma in the Absence of Laryngeal Injury

We report a case of spontaneous development of multiple granulomas in a female with no history of intubation who presented with hoarseness and massive bilateral supraglottic masses obscuring her glottis. The disparity between the massive lesions and asymptomatic reflux highlights the need for further research in the pathophysiology of laryngeal granulomas.
