Federation of State Medical Boards Attempts to Legislate Away Liability

In a press release, the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) announced their support of the “Occupational Licensing Board Antitrust Damages Relief and Reform Act of 2018 (H.R. 6515),” introduced by Rep.
