Former Pennsylvania Governor and Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge Records Video Greeting for National EMS Week

 
Former Pennsylvania Governor and United States Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge recorded a video greeting for National EMS Week. In the video, he recounts his own experience with a cardiac arrest in 2017, when he was resuscitated by a crew from Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS).
In his his heartfelt message to ATCEMS and to EMS providers all over the country, Ridge says, "You have been and always will be a source of comfort and strength for the neighborhoods and the families you serve."
