Two Mass. biotechs each seek $115M in IPOs as sector nears record

The Massachusetts biotech sector could be headed toward a record-breaking year for IPOs after two more local drugmakers filed to go public late last week. Neon Therapeutics, a Cambridge-based cancer drug startup, disclosed in a federal filing on Thursday that it was seeking upwards of $115 million in an initial public offering.
