3M 'Bair Hugger' trial begins this week; could affect thousands of lawsuits

A closely watched lawsuit over the safety of a popular 3M Co. surgical device will go to trial this week. The outcome could potentially affect as many as 4,000 other lawsuits against the Minnesota manufacturer.
