If this seems a little de ja poo, you are right. Near the end of 2017 and the beginning of 2018, Romaine lettuce was likely the source of another Shiga toxin-producing E. coli O157:H7 outbreak that ended up affecting at least 15 states in the U.S. and 5 provinces in Canada.
