Health insurance giant terminates contract with Nashville firm amid accusations of overcharging
Nashville-based Envision Healthcare has been dealt some more bad news, this time by UnitedHealthcare.
According to a court filing, as reported by Becker's Hospital Review, United is terminating its contract with Envision and its subsidiaries no later than Jan. 1, 2019.
Envision had previously sued the Minnesota-based health insurer for allegedly violating their contract; UnitedHealthcare has sinc e filed a motion to force arbitration to resolve the dispute.
