Clinically Significant Enhancement of Voriconazole Efficacy by Moxifloxacin and Gentamicin in Fungal Keratitis

Conclusions:
In a subset of patients with fungal keratitis, the addition of topical moxifloxacin 0.3% or moxifloxacin 0.3% and gentamicin 0.3% may enhance the therapeutic effect of topical voriconazole 1%.
