CONCLUSIONS: Self-driven bronchoscopy simulation training in medical students led to improvements in bronchial anatomy knowledge and bronchoscopy skills. Further investigation is underway to determine the impact of bronchoscopy simulation training on future specialty interest and long-term skills retention.
