ConclusionCatheter ablation of atrial arrhythmias in patients with EA has a favorable outcome overall with an acceptable recurrence and safety profile; left-sided ablations are rarely necessary. Despite prior Maze and catheter ablation procedures, CTI-AFl and IART recurrences predominate.
