Ex-Allina VP charged with swindling $269,000 from company

A former high-ranking executive at Allina Health is facing charges that he embezzled at least $269,000 from the company. The Star Tribune reports on the case of David Matthew Johnson, who is now facing seven counts of theft by swindle. He's due to make his first court appearance next month in in Hennepin County District Court. Allina began investigating the case last year after noticing unusually large mileage expe nses from Johnson, who was vice president of talent and human resource services.…
