I personally feel the whole argument there is kind of stupid. You really need to know that breaking confidentiality is bad by specifically referencing it back to doing no harm? Shouldn't it be inherently obvious that that is a bad thing to do?!
But anyway: How about revealing that someone has HIV and being shunned by their social group. Or revealing that someone drinks too much and getting fired from their job. You can also open people up to blackmail if you reveal information to a smaller group of people. Also sometimes people just want stuff to be private - infertility, erectile dysfunction, etc
