[Comment] Continued conundrum of PET-CT and Hodgkin's lymphoma

In advanced-stage Hodgkin's lymphoma, several trials using a PET response-adapted therapy have been published.1 –3 The aim of these trials is to discriminate between patients at low or high risk of relapse using PET response as a surrogate for treatment sensitivity. The strategy is to de-escalate treatment in patients predicted to be good responders to minimise toxicity or escalate treatment in predicted po or responders to improve progression-free survival for those who need it the most.
