Carolinas HealthCare ’s 2018 budget includes $971M in projects
Carolinas HealthCare System is eyeing $971 million in capital expenditures across its footprint in 2018.
That breaks down to 9.5% of its projected net operating revenue next year.
In Charlotte, that includes a $130 million investment in the Levine Cancer Institute, $115 million tied to modernization of Carolinas HealthCare NorthEast as well as expansion of its freestanding emergency department in St eele Creek and adding an urgent care in center city. Â
