I'm worried that my medical needs may derail me from becoming a physician. What are my options?
Hey everyone.
I am having a hard time with things lately. I got a psychiatric diagnosis in May that requires me to take medications twice a day and it relies on me getting a normal amount of sleep to maintain recovery and to be able to handle the day time. I am still really reliant on a fixed schedule, and I haven't noticed any improvement with the rigidity in the past seven months.
With that being said, I don't think that I would be able to make it through a residency with these...
