Effect of flapless osteoperforation-assisted tooth movement on atrophic alveolar ridge: Histomorphometric and gene-enrichment analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: Flapless osteoperforation facilitated the rate of OTM toward the atrophic ridge, maintaining low bone density, whereas it did not increase the volume of the atrophic ridge.
