New SA innovation center snags international deals to bring startups, jobs

The Texas Research and Technology Foundation's East Side innovation center, Velocity TX, announced it has agreements with organizations across six countries as part of its global network plans. Velocity signed an agreement with Austral Incuba, a high-growth startup incubator for life science companies, based in Valdivia, Chile as part of the University Austral of Chile.
