140 A retrospective study to assess feasibility of daycase complex device insertion

Introduction: Routinely, patients undergoing elective complex device insertion are discharged the day post-procedure after satisfactory pacing interrogation and chest radiography to confirm lead placements. However, there is a paucity of data relating to early complication rates in patients with device therapy that are discharged on the day of procedure.
