Duke ’s electronic health portal, MyChart, has made it easier for you to make appointments, access your test results, and pay bills. Starting October 22, our new look and new features make viewing a portion of your medical record and keeping track of your health simpler at home and on the go.

Easier to Read, Simpler Functionality
ContentThe first big change you ’ll notice when you sign on is Duke MyChart’s more modern appearance. This new, cleaner look gives you quick access to the information you’re looking for.Your new home screen features a personalized to-do list with health reminders, unread messages, instructions for upcoming appointments and scheduled tests. Click on each section for more details.You ’ll find quick links to request prescription renewals, view your billing summary, and other MyChart sections in the new icons along the top of every page and in the quick links in the sidebar on the right. Hover over an icon and use the drop-down menus to navigate to the information you need.The new sidebar on the right side also features links to your doctors. They now appear under the heading “My Health Providers.” Use the envelope icon to send a message, or view an upcoming appointment by clicking on the calendar icon right under the doctor’s name.Whatever ...
