Wisconsin ’s Medicaid program would be slammed with a $2.8 billion federal funding cut under the proposed U.S. Senate health care bill, according to an analysis Ascension Wisconsin cites as reasons the bill could put health coverage at risk for seniors, people with disabilities, children and low-income adul ts.
