$3M permit filed for St. Jude facility

A nearly $3 million permit was filed for a St. Jude Children's Research Hospital warehouse. A $2.7 million permit was filed June 13 for "interior renovations to an existing building, including drywall, ceiling work, new finishes, sprinkler and electric work, mechanical and plumbing." The warehouse, which is owned by ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness arm of St. Jude, sits on a three-a cre site. Rusty Foster of Evans Taylor Foster Childress was listed as the project's architect.
