Exclusive: Xenia nonprofit plans first Montgomery County office

A Xenia-based mental health and substance abuse treatment service is planning to open its first office in Montgomery County. TCN Behavioral Health Services leased 14,000 square feet at a Kettering office building, which should open Sept. 1. as the nonprofit's fourth office.
