Children's showdown with Blue Cross could push 70,000 out of network

The nonprofit that runs Children's Hospitals and Clinics said Wednesday it has terminated its contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, a dispute that could affect tens of thousands of patients.
