15: application of action research in improving administrative and financial processes

Conclusion:
In this study, the proper form of all process were identified and presented in the form of a booklet. Correct form and step by step process can avoid from arbitrary and sporadic in affairs, as well as duplication, waste of time and resources and customer dissatisfaction.
