Review of Procedures to Feminise the Forehead

Facial feminisation surgery is generally utilised to soften the strong masculine features of face. This type of surgery is generally carried out on transsexual women and occasionally on women with prominent brows. Different procedures are utilised to sculpt the facial skeleton which include frontal bone reduction and anterior wall of frontal sinus setback. In addition, other techniques such as rhinoplasty, brow lift and hairline advancement compliment forehead feminisation.
