D écouverte fortuite de métastases testiculaires d’un carcinome mammaire

We report the case of a 46-year-old man followed for a mammary carcinoma treated by radical mammectomy and axillary lymph node dissection, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. The patient underwent orchiectomy for bone metastasis progression. Pathologic examination revealed a right testicular metastasis from the mammary carcinoma. Through this case, we discuss the epidemiology of testicular metastasis and their clinical characteristics.
