Obstetric Hemorrhage Current Management and Usefulness of Protocols, Checklist, Drills

AbstractObstetrical hemorrhage continues to be an important contributor to maternal morbidity and mortality in the USA. Although preventable, it is still the 5th leading cause of maternal death, often due to factors associated with a delay in recognition by providers and/or delay in treatment.
