New Orleans Catholic Cemeteries asking for no stagnant water to prevent Zika

& #160;The Catholic Cemeteries in New Orleans date all the way back to 1789. More than 200 years later, directors are asking families to not have any stagnant water outside tombs in order to prevent mosquitoes and Zika from spreading.
