Congenital Chylothorax: Antenatal Intervention, Survival, and Outcome

Congenital chylothorax (CC) is a rare disease, and is the most common cause of congenital pleural effusion.1 A management algorithm for apparent primary fetal pleural effusion has been proposed,2 but no consensus has been reached regarding the management of CC.
