Androgen insensitivity syndrome with inguinal testes: MRI diagnosis

We report a case of 20-year-old female who presented with primary amenorrhea to our department. Investigations revealed the absence of female internal genitalia and the presence of testes on MRI in the inguinal canal under the skin. Gonadectomy was done and she was put on female hormone replacement therapy.
